the Neuroscience Vienna Network

The Vienna area harbors an exciting variety of neuroscience research. The Vienna Neuroscience Network is a regular meeting with scientific talks taking place every 4-6 months, organized on a rotational basis. The purpose is to enhance interactions and lead to scientific synergies between the different neuroscience research groups.

These meetings are not just for PIs. Younger researchers (PhD or postdoctoral level) are encouranged to particapte and to present their research.

First meeting: 19 November 2012, Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) and Max F. Perutz Labs (MFPL)

The kick-off meeting was a great success, with about 150 scientists attending 4 high-powered talks highlighting the diversity of Vienna neuroscience.
